Hello everyone!

Today I’m going to talk to you about my favourite supplements and why I use them.

First on my list is protein powder, I use mutant iso surge. They have the best flavours I have ever tried. In my diet I need about 230 grams of protein per day. I’m going to be honest with you, sometimes it’s just not possible for me to reach that goal with just whole foods.

Sage Cake

I am way to full 90% of the time to even eat my next meal, so I substitute some of my meals with protein shakes. Second on my list is creatine, creatine is naturally produced in the human body from amino acids. Creatine helps to make a molecule called ATP(adenosine triphosphate) which is the body’s main source of energy. Creatine is supplemented through one of two ways, the first way is the loading phase. It requires taking 20 grams of creatine in split doses for 5-7 days. Following the loading phase is the maintenance phase and you take 3-5 grams of creatine daily. Third on my list of my favourite supplements is caffeine, I basically just drink coffee because it helps me wake up In the mornings and feel more alert. The reason why I consider this a supplement is because it also boosts my metabolism. Fourth on my list is Branch chain amino acids(BCAA). I use mutant sweet ice tea flavour to me they taste exactly like Good Host iced tea. Some cannot be produced in the human body so they are usually obtained by food, normally I would not consider this as a supplement but it actually helps me drink more water. To me they taste good enough without taking in all the sugar from a can of iced tea.
