Hello everyone, today I’m going to talk about 5 reasons why exercise is More important than you think.

Reason number one is because it reduces blood pressure. It helps get rid of the plaque in your arteries, which widens your arteries and blood flows more freely. Reason number two is that it lowers type 2 diabetes risk. Exercise improves your body’s ability to metabolize glucose, which is what helps get rid of the disease. The third reason is that it maintains immune function. Your immune system is what protects you from infections and other chemical toxins, so it can actually help you from getting sick. The forth reason is that it boosts your energy levels. Even though working out can seem like it’s taking up so much of your energy, it is actually making you able get through a day without feeling so tired once it’s built into your routine. The fifth reason is it that it improves your sleep routine. I can speak for this one because I was out of the gym  for 2 weeks doing house renovations, and I have honestly been getting the worst sleeps. This helps your sleep especially if you exercise a couple hours before you go to bed. The physical exertion relaxes and tires you out more then you think.
