Today I’m going to talk about the best fat burning ideas that I think actually work. First we will talk about eating meals with high amounts of protein. Eating more protein makes you feel more full so your snacking less through out the day and protein also burns more calories to digest it. You need to eat at least 1 gram of protein per pound of your body weight to maintain the muscle you have and lose the fat. You need to burn more calories then you consume through out the day, I suggest you download my fitness pal app and log all the food you eat through out the day. keep track of all your calories, and make your self a goal with my previous blogs on calories needed through out the day as well as working it into your macros. I always struggled with wanting to lose weight or wanting to gain weight, I’ll tell you first hand it’s all in what you eat once you can get your eating under control you need to stay consistent. You are not going to get lean over night it’s going to take months of dedication and hard work. You will need to eat lots of healthy fats and cut back on your carb intake, this doesn’t mean you can’t eat bread ever again just don’t eat as much, this goes for sugar as well. My other tips would be to drink lots and lots of water, at least 2 litres a day if not more! My last tip would be getting a good nights sleep, sleep is important. It lets your body heal and recover.
