Today I am going to talk about a few tips and tricks that I have learned throughout my fitness journey to get you the best results,

  • Be consistent
  • Set realistic goals
  • Switch up your workouts
  • Set a routine that fits your lifestyle
  • Google is your best friend when you’re trying something new

Of course there are going to be times you fall off the band wagon, trust me I have many times. Getting back into your routine is hard but once you get back into it and see all your progress coming back you get addicted to it again. One of the most important things I would like to point out would be to be patient! You will never see results over night, it will take weeks or even months for you to start to see the progress you want. Setting your goals to be realistic a good tip because once you hit one goal, you set another, and another. Setting a unrealistic goal and not being able to achieve it will only make you frustrated and want to quit. Don’t give up, if you stick to a routine, give it all you got and set realistic goals…you will get what you’ve been waiting for!
