Today I am going to talk about the supplements I take on a daily basis. Firstly, protein shakes!Protein shakes are an obvious supplement to take when you’re trying to gain muscle, although it is not mandatory it helps you get all of that extra protein in your diet that you maybe couldn’t eat in a certain period of time. The different kind of protein powders there are out there are countless. Some taste better than others, some have more ingredients, some are super clean proteins, it all depends on what you are looking for in a protein powder. They could also be used as a meal replacement. The second supplement I take daily is BCCA’s. Branched Chain Amino Acids. Another one that isn’t a necessity but it is something that I believe gives me that extra little kick while I’m at the gym, as well as giving me extra vitamins and filling a void if I can’t eat enough of those vitamins in a day. BCCA’s are among the nine essential amino acids the body needs for health, provide energy, enhances your performance, increases fat loss, less soreness, help create lean muscle mass, makes me finish all of my water in a workout and so much more. They taste like juice but have zero sugar so you don’t feel bad drinking them, they can be drank before, during or after your workout but personally I drink mine during my workout. Everyone has different reasons for taking certain supplements and those are the reason I take Protein and BCCA’s.
