I’m going to start this blog off by telling you a little bit about my self. My name is Sage cake I am 21 years old. I am going to be taking over Brooke’s blog on “Brooke’s Fitness Board” for a bit! I have been fascinated with weight lifting my entire life but have only been doing it for 4 years. I use to go to the gym off and on and I never really had a solid workout plan, until I started noticing I ended up being at the gym 5-6 days a week and after about a year I noticed how much my body has changed in a positive way and ever since then it’s been an addiction for me.
I try and keep my workout routine relatively the same, I hit the gym right as soon as I’m done work. There are lots of days after a long shift where I feel like I have no energy at all and just want to come home and do nothing, but then I remind my self why I started and how far I have come. But don’t get me wrong there are some days when I do just come home and relax there is nothing wrong with that, we all need a day to just recoup and build that energy level back up. I just make sure that I make up for the missed day on the weekend. I will also try and stay active on those days that I take off of the gym for example I will take the dogs for a walk, or do yard work. Or just simply focus on my meal prep for the remainder of my week! Throughout the time I’m covering for Brooke I will be talking about a bunch of different things, so stay tuned!
